We present a new IR that has recently been added to the Infer platform. This IR is designed to be almost a clone of the historic SIL Infer IR, but with new features and some different design choices. It adds the “write by hand” feature, but the project is also an opportunity to take a step back from Infer IR. This new IR should help us to better understand, maintain and renovate the Infer platform.
